Debora Bloom, MS, Principal, Debora Bloom Associates
Ms. Bloom and her company specialize in workplace diversity, harassment prevention and
leadership development. Over the past 25 years she has consulted to a broad range of
human service, business and government organizations on improving their human resources
practices. She brings an international perspective and Spanish language fluency to her work
with organizations. In addition to her diversity, and management development, and human
resources expertise, she has designed and facilitated train-the-trainer programs and has
guided organizations in strategic planning processes, in installing performance management
systems, and in putting career development programs in place.
Casey Hall, Principal and CEO, Casey Hall Training Associates
Ms. Hall has been providing professional development training programs to employees and
their managers for over twenty-five years. Formerly the Assistant Director of the Training Group
at the Human Resources Division, Ms.Hall has been successfully consulting with a variety of
clients for the past fifteen years. Casey has had the opportunity to train thousands of adults
from a wide range of fields with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. Her programs
have always been highly evaluated by seminar participants and her work with supervisors and
managers received an excellent rating in an independent impact study conducted by Harvard’s
Kennedy School of Government.
Donna Jenson, MA, Principal, Jenson Consultations
Ms.Jenson has been a consultant, trainer and leadership coach to non-profit organizations for
over three decades. She has worked with variety of organizations including Tapestry Health, the
Center for Human Development, Massachusetts Partners for Public Health and others. She facilitates
organizational development processes and coaches leaders in areas such as visioning, strategic
planning, team-building, board development, management and supervision, and conflict resolution.
Ms. Jesnon has a Masters in Organizational and Leadership Development from New York University.
She has held faculty positions in Human Relations and Counseling at the New York Theological
Seminary, and in the Department of Labor and Management at Cornell University. She is certified by
Birkman International to apply Executive Development Instruments
Virginia D. Maglio, MS, Principal, Optimum Development
Ms. Maglio has years of experience as a consultant, instructional designer, and facilitator of programs
as well as manager of training projects. As consultant of Optimum Development, she focuses on the
development of skills at all levels of an organization. Virginia is also a facilitator and instructional designer
for North Shore Community College's Institute for Corporate Training and Technology and the American
Society for Training and Development in New Hampshire.
