Joan Newton Memorial Scholarship Fund

To honor the memory of Joan Newton who masterminded the rejuventation and expansion of the Providers' Council Annual Convention and Expo, the Providers' Council has established a scholarship fund in her name. Joan passed away in November 2003 after a five-year battle with cancer.This fund will provide financial assistance to some deserving caregivers who otherwise would not be able to attend the Annual Convention.
