Certificate in Supervision Series
This training series is geared towards new supervisors. Participation in all six trainings is now required (no registrations accepted for less than all six of the trainings). When you complete all six trainings you will receive a Certificate in Supervision.
This program will sell out in advance, so be sure to register and pay to reserve your seat as soon as you can.

The following Supervision trainings will be held in Worcester with breakfast and check-in at 8:45 a.m.
  • Supervision I: Communication and Leadership (March 21, 2008) 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
  • Supervision II: Performance Management (April 4, 2008) 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
  • Supervision III: Conflict Management (April 11, 2007) 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
  • Supervision IV:Team Building (April 11, 2008) 1:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Supervision V: Situational Leadership (April 25, 2008) 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
  • Supervision VI: Group Planning and Decision Making (May 2, 2008) 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
