- How to start a nonprofit organization and maintain your nonprofit status:
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) hosts The Life Cycle of a Public Charity and Stay Exempt an online feature to help nonprofits understand the process for obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status.
- The Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Attorney General's Division of Public Charities provides a helpful list of documents for nonprofit organizations.
