The Two Penny Project is an initiative to strengthen public awareness, appreciation and support for human services in Massachusetts. The Project will build a sustainable network of stakeholders that will deliver powerful messages, based on cutting-edge research, on the value of publicly-funded human services. This project is funded by The Boston Foundation.
