The Providers' Council tracks events and regulatory changes in the Commonwealth that impact our sector.
We follow developments in workers' compensation, at the Operational Services Division,
and at the purchasing agencies. We give testimony as necessary or work to change
existing regulations that might burden our sector. Announcements will be made about
hearings and the Council’s stand on any regulatory changes.  Member participation is critical for effecting change.
